Lidingö, the beautiful green island adjacent to Sweden's capital city, is located 12-15 minutes from the centre of Stockholm by public transportation (24 hour), 7-8 minutes by car and is a popular place to live. The island features extensive greenbelt areas which provide richly varied opportunities for the outdoor life and recreational pursuits. The most famous tourist attraction on Lidingö is Millesgården, the home and studio of the sculptor Carl Milles.
Alfa Hotel has an excellent position between Lidingö bridge and Lidingö centre. There is also a soccer field nearby, a supermarket, a restaurant and much more.
We have total 10 nice and cosy rooms: one single room with bed sofa and nine double rooms with possibility to extra beds for 3, 4 and 5 persons (four 3-beds rooms, four 4-beds rooms, one 5-beds room.)
All rooms have hotel standard with shower and WC, are equipped with TV, free wireless Internet access, kitchenette with refrigerator, hairdryer. Computer with free of charge internet is located in the lobby.
We keep a high cleanliness standard and want to make sure that our guests sleeps in our own new and fresh sheets. No sleeping bags are allowed.
We provide cleaning, while you do your own dishes and keep the place tidy.
You can use our own laundry for a price of 60 SEK.
In our library you can find books in different languages, here you can also lend a book or switch your old book to a new.
CHECK-IN: please, take contact with hotel about your arrival time. That is very IMPORTANT!!!!
CANCELLATION POLICY: No later than 12 AM day before arrival date, No-shows will be charged the first night.
RESPONSIBILITY: The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself, or his/her guest, in the Hotel. The guest is also responsible for his personal belongings.
PETS: It is not allowed to bring pets
SMOKING is not allowed in the Hostel! If smoking would occur within the Hostel, additional costs for cleaning and laundry will be charged

Nice place, but far from the centre and a bit too quiet. THe stove and the internet connection kept switching off. But the rest was Ok.

The hotel isn't located in the centre of Stockholm, but the city is easy to reach by bus and underground (10-15 minutes,the bus stop is just few meters far). There's a kitchen in rooms and a supermarket very close to the hotel, so it's possible to cook. The hotel and the rooms are kept very cleaned, and the staff is veri friendly!My friends and I had a very good time there!

Very nice hotel to stay, price is reasonable in my opinion. Access to building is ok, although it is in second floor - reception is on second floor as well. Hotel staff provided excellent instructions to get in. Location is good, very close to the bridge connecting Lidingo with Stockholm. There is pretty good connection to Stockholm city center by frequent busses and by subway from Ropsten station.

Nice alternative for families who visit Stockholm. (not too expensive).we are a family of five and got two rooms connected with eachother. Very clean hotel. Easy to get to transportation such as bus and tube to downtown Stockholm. Supermarket nearby.
