booked this hotel the previous day, arrived very late in the evening to be told hostelbookers had not advised them of my booking. staff were as helpful as they could be without any of my info but had to offer me a room at a higher than quoted price from hostelbookers until i could produce a copy of my confirming email, not possible until i paid for my room at the higher price...not very happy after driving for 12 hours to be messed around by hostelbookers mistake
