"Not a bad deal once you figure it out - Complejo San Simon is somehow related to the Hotel Congreso, located across the parking lot. The services advertised are in the Hotel Congreso (free internet and the pool). Check-in and desk services are also offered at the Hotel Congreso. The San Simon rooms are small and underwhelming. This hotel is fine but you do need a car if you're planning on staying there, as advertised it's not downtown and we were told that the bus service to the hotel is so-so.
