 "We are a brand new Backpackers Hostel located in the centre of the old town of Lagos, Portugal. With six (6) dorm rooms (mostly 4x persons per room max 6).
All our rooms have individual security lockers, washing facilites, with electric razor/ hairdryer power points and vanity mirrors. For a small (refundable on return) deposit, you will receive freshly pressed sheets, pillows duvet and...    "Rising Cock Youth Hostel is a really great place to stay -- as long as you can get the room you asked for. The owners of this hostel are really nice and wonderful people, which means they let people stay for more nights than they originally planned (and since the hostel is really great, many people want to stay longer). The problem with this is that they don´t take into account overbooking,...  "A very good hostel. Clean, great staff, good breakfast (and cheap!). Nice people live there! I stayed at Pousada da Juventude de Lagos for two weeks, and I had the best time! And I will be back next year, but for a longer time!" … "I stayed here for a week in August - was really cool, as I was travelling alone at that time I met tons of people in this hostel.
Only small complaint are... "I was there at the end of June 2005 and I had a great time there. The owners make everyone feel like they're at home and they arrange barbecues and other fun. The atmosphere is great and all the guests hang out with each over on the roof terrace in the evenings. I met some really nice people there. No doubt it's the best hostel in Portugal. You have to go there!!
And to Carlos and Arthur,...(Travessa da Trindade) This Aparthotel has a great location!!! You're only 2 minutes away from the beach and 7 minutes away from the city centre, where you can find bars, restaurants and many local shops. It's a small family business that provides clean and cozy rooms, security and safe environment for the best price!!!Our rooms and apartments have daily cleaning (6 days per week), kitchen/cooking facilities, cable... Please note: Children or any person under 18 years old are not allowed. Thank you.
The Gold Coast Hostel has opened for you in a improved classic building. We have several types of rooms, some of them with air conditioning. Each room is made for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people. The Hostel provides free individual safes. Our free breakfast is a light portuguese (european) one.
