(The house can accomodate 12 guests maximum.The Designer House called "Banak House", is majestically located right on the Calatagan beach, just 7 footsteps from the house. The blue cottage has a super king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, personal veranda and kitchenette. In total there are 7 beds but the house fits about 10-12 people comfortably... Calatagan, Batangas- Banak House, its not just a piece of paradise on Philippine Shores, but shared with many others throughout the years. It's not simply a house nor just a beach but an intimate beach experience with friends and family.
Banak House has 2 large bedrooms and a marvelous detached cottage; a property designed and built by artists and made from the wood of vintage galleons and Spanish-era residences.
