"The Bed and Apple is by far the most amazing "hostel" I have ever stayed in. Trond Henrik, the host, sleeps in his office during the summer and opens his house to guests. You have full use of his excellent kitchen, dining room, library, hammocks, music system and balconies with the best Fjord view in Norway. To top this he lives in an orchard and you may eat any fruit you pick: raspberries, apples, and cherries.
The scenery was amazing, and we spent a week there and couldn't even do half of the activities Trond offers to help organize.... more »
