"You don't really have many options in Mt. Cook, seeing that there is ONE hotel, ONE motel, and ONE backpackers, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were clean, roomy, and there was an endless supply of hot water (VERY important after a long cold hike!). And the staff were fantastic. You'll be in good hands at Mt.
