"Whalecome Backpackers can only sleep three people in the bunkroom, which makes it the ideal choice for a small family/group/couple or solo traveler. The setup ensures total privacy and means you almost feel you own the place. The owner lives in a separate building but will happily invite you up to the house and give you produce from his garden. Whalecome is probably ideal for people not wanting the huge social scene of regular, larger backpackers.
