"Best hostel I´ve Ever Stayed at! - LOVED everything about this hostel and it made my time in Merida probably one of my favourite stops in my 4 months of travel. The weather was awful, but the showers were cool and had great pressure. The pool was amazing. The hammocks and tables with umbrellas everywhere give a great ambiance, and the live music and salsa dancing classes every night were incredible. "Aventura Hotel is a safe hotel, in case you are worried about that sort of thing. Each room can be locked from the inside and we have a night watchman who is in the lobby when the receptionist isn't in. The front doors do get locked late at night but if you get back later, the night watchman will let you in. The rooms aren't incredibly spacious and they don't have a view.
