"I stayed here for two weeks a years ago. Haina was one of the best hostel that I ever stayed. Staff are family-oriented, super friendly, kind people. Room (including linen) kept clean, and they give a small soap and towel and blanket if you want. "Do not stay in this place! Avoid it at all costs. The rooms aren't clean, and the bathrooms are quite an adventure. It needs some serious cleaning. Not to mention they have a curfew for the kitchen at 10 p.m., so if you get there later than 10 p.m. and are hungry, you can't even get anything from the fridge. "This hostel is good. It is not the best, but good enough to spend nights there! The advantages are that it is really well situated (5 mins from the bus station, 2 mins from the main plaza, a family-oriented plaza which doesn't suffer from too many tourists), but at the same time, it is calm.
