When I stayed at Oliver's there was no owner present, only a cell phone on the kitchen counter with a note to call the owner when you arrive. There was no internet service and some of the electricity didn't work. (Some lights and appliances in the kitchen). There were no sheets or even mattresses on the beds upstairs. Spooky.
