![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "Pisa is expensive and the Relais Under the Tower hostel is a budget option for travelers. It's located very well for the main sights, there are many restaurants close by, and it's a nice, inviting environment for a nice stay.
Location
It's a twenty-minute walk from the train station, but only two minutes from Pisa´s leaning tower. Relais Under the Tower hostel is also easy to reach by the local bus taken in front of the train station and stopping at the Piazza of the tower. Underneath...![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "Central and clean hostel - giovanni picked us up from the airport and made us feel really welcome! you get keys for the house as well as for the room. the bathroom was clean. there's a fridge in the kitchen but no possibility for cooking which isn't worse 'cause cafes and restaurants are not expensive if you go and have a look around! in the night there may be some noise cause of the crowds of people outside at piazza garibaldi, but if you like going out, that's the right place to be! thanks...![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "This place is very far from the city center and in a rural area, which is not even in Pisa. The only way to reach the hostel is by public bus, but don't count on it running all the time. The staff is not helpful at all, they would rather watch TV than help you, and they even overbooked me. When I went to ask for another bed, the staff were gone, so I had to be the one to find another bed to sleep in. Plus at night there are tons of mosquitoes and other animals trying to get in your room....
