 84% "Arriving in Florence there is a shuttle to pick you up at 10:30, parked across the street at the Florence train station(Santa Maria Novella)in front of the McDonald's (that is the one outside). I was there well before 10:00 so watched cars/vans come and go and at around 10:35 I approached one of the vans and asked if they were from "Heart of Tuscany Hostel"; their van was not marked and they weren't holding a sign but once that was sorted the luggage was stored and doors opened and closed...
