I stayed there for a weekend four years ago when I was seventeen. I travelled to Ireland on my own, trying to find myself. It was early April when I got there from Dublin. The hostel was empty: just a lonely surfer, the housekeeper (who was a sweet woman), my travelmate and me. It was my best stay in Ireland. The hostel is also a 2 minute walk to 2 local beaches with some of Irelands best waves in the area. We have private parking at the back and have a patio for summer BBQs. We also have a kitchen and common rooms for guests. The hostel is a great base for exploring the donegal bay area with lots to do and see in the area. You can't beat Bundoran. Comment by adrianna I recently visited Bundoran and had a wonderful time -- went to stay for one day and ended up staying for four. There is a lot of beautiful walks around the beaches and some excellent traditional music in the pubs in the evenings. Comment by Anonymous Bundoran is a beautiful area by the beach, but unfortunatly I find it a little dirty sometimes. Overall I think it's a lovely town and most of the people are sweet and kind.
