   "This is a nice hotel. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom/shower are clean. There is also a locker to put valuables. The location is close to the train station and not very far from the old city. I would stay here again if I come to Leipzig again." … "Just a casual 300 metres walk from the main train station you will find our hostel in a newly renovated building. Established in May 2002 there are 80 beds available in dormitories and... "The Hostel Sleepy Lion is a 10 minute walk from the Leipzig Hauptbahnhof main railway station (although in summer 2004 there were a lot of roadworks and diversions in the area, making the walk a little longer). It's located in a renovated old house close to the bars and restaurants on Barfussgasschen and Markt, the main square, and is easy to find. The building has a nice feel – and the facilities are better than what you would expect to find in the old east Germany.
The hostel overall is... "This was a very odd youth hostel. The whole hostel had a ghost hotel feeling. We were on the top floor, even though the whole place seemed empty except those who worked their and a handful of guests. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy especially at night.
