The Location
While the hostel is not directly in the city, it's quite accessible. From the main train station, Munich Hauptbahnhof, take the 17 Tram line in the... The Location
The location of the Euro Youth Hotel is perfect for any backpacker. It is very accessible and easy to locate, as it is only eighty meters from the main train station (five minutes' walk or less). If you leave the station from the exit next to platform 11, turn left...  "If you like hostels, but are craving a hotel stay, this place might be the perfect mix for you. The building is an old hotel and is still run like one. The lobby is the only common room and has internet available. It's a 10-minute bus ride from the main train station (you can take the metro too, but it costs more). The reception is open 24 hours. The staff is super-friendly and offer cheap... "4 You Munchen Youth Hostel is very convenient since it is located only a few blocks from the Munich rail station, an easy walking distance.
However, it looks like a pretty old hotel transformed into a hostel, and there is not enough available space for their customers. The reception is pretty small and always crowded. Though the team does their best to compensate for the space disadvantage...haus international münchen" is more than a guest house. It is a center for students and a lively meeting-point without age limit. Young people and those who remain young at heart get to know and understand all kinds of cultures and nationalities."haus international" is located close to Olympic Park in Schwabing, the quarter of artists and students and was built for the Olympic... "this hostel/hotel was in a great location two mins from the hauptbahnhof and a five-minute walk to the beerfest and marienplatz. The rooms were really clean and cleaned every day -- however we found the staff really unhelpful -- we waited one and a half hours to check in (as it was at 2 p.m.) and at 1:55 p.m. they still wouldn't let us in our room -- we had to wait till 2 p.m. on the dot! Also... "I stayed here for nine nights in July and absolutely loved my stay here. I had originally booked accommodation at the main A&O Hostel but was told (when I showed up) that I had been moved to this place. There was still some construction going on but the room we had (a four-bedder) was great. To make it better yet, the other two beds were never occupied during our stay. Location wise, it's...Centrally located, just 10 minutes walking distance to the famous Oktoberfest and just 1 station to Munich’s main station the A&O HOTEL** Munich welcomes you with single ,twin and family rooms, modern furnished with shower/bathtub, WC, TV and an own balcony.
The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and typical/traditional beer gardens.

"Clean, good beds, friendly staff — I liked my stay here." … "It is located in a scary part of town, but other than that it is a nice hostel (But there is a separate building for the kitchen in the winter--this is not too fun.)" … "That is a good one, I stayed there for four night. That was better than I expected. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly and helpful. Overall is a good...(Thalkirchen)  "We found it just great. We stayed there for three days, and we wish we had stayed there longer! The guys at the main desk were really friendly! You can get the Tube to go into town because the station is only a five-minute walk from the hostel. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a wee supermarket. The breakfast is one of the best ones we've ever had! Pity we can't find any address to let...Dear friends,
