"The place to stay in Fiji! I was highly impressed with the resort, staff, and exceptional diving! The resort has been newly remodeled with a new pool and waterslide. The rooms are clean and spacious with a million dollar view of the Mamanuca Islands! The staff were gracious and extremely helpful. "I loved the whole experience! The staff were not only friendly but very helpful and kind. I only wish i could have stayed there longer. "Great place to stay. Book it early though, it can get booked up fast because it is so near the airport. It has its own (clean) pool. The food and bar are very good and reasonable. "Horizon Beach was great! The staff are exceptional, the people are friendly and relaxed, and the food is amazing. I spent four days here, but there were people who had already been here for a month or more, and weren't planning on leaving. The beach is an easy one-minute walk away, the pool is clean, and the rooms are cool and very quiet. I loved every minute I was here. "Friendly and Clean and Very welcoming - The Hostel is a very warm, welcoming place. "I stayed in this hostel back in the Summer of 2000. I was driven there by a great women from the Nadi airport and tehy took great care of us. We spent our time in the hostel playing card games, playing the didgeridoo and doing the traditional Kuva. The people were great nad I wish to meet them all again one day. We were in Fiji during the time of a coup on the government so they helped us travel out to the Yasawa Islands for a couple weeks to get away from teh threatened areas on teh main island. "Very good - what a nice place!!!!!!!!!!!! my experience was totally different as the family and all there friends made it feel like a home, as for there being a gym there have you not been in the garden, i am sure the owner will also show you how to use them seen as he was lifting weights for a living back in his early days. "We spent four nights at David's Place in February 2005. We really did have a fantastic time and would totally recommend it. Fussy eaters may not like the food. The beach was incredible with excellent snorkeling. There are lots of activities, which are reasonably priced.
