The halls are like hotel rooms and the doors lock automatically, so it's hard to get beyond the cold, generic feel up in the dorm room area. The hostel is spotless throughout, despite its large size. The staff were friendly and helpful. the room, with en-suite, was clean and peaceful and the free internet access, hot drinks, and toast were used in abundance. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it."

There is absolutely no privacy from her when you are staying in the hostel or the bunkhouses. She treats people absolutely disgustingly, and the hostel and the houses are filthy and overpriced. She even made one of the girls staying with her cry because she was so horrible.
I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, not even if you were desperate, find other places...(Whalley Range,) The hostel was built in 1997 and has all modern amenities, for example the latest fire and smoke precautions, audible and visual smoke alarms in each room, as well as emergency lighting, 100% fire doors etc. It has disabled toilets and 2 wide staircases as well as a lift.
Rooms are decorated and as new for each new visitor.
