"Lovely place, great staff, yummy breakfasts. - Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Helena, who 1) let us check in and sleep as soon as we arrived off the bus in Villarrica at 8:30 am, even though we hadn't even made a reservation and 2) not only booked our trip for us up volcano Villarrica, but got up at 6 to make us breakfast before we left. Villarrica is a relaxed little town on Lake Villarrica, it's much nicer than touristy Pucon. — Anonymous
