The Location
From the bus station you should expect a fifteen-minute walk. Walk North down Rua Manoel S. Padua...    "HI - Paraty - Casa do Rio Hostel has quite a convenient location -- only a short walk from the bus station, historical centre, shops, and amenities. However, having no co-ed dorms and only one private room, it is not very couple-friendly.

The Location
The hostel is located downtown, a few blocks from most everything. It's on a quiet, dark street so there is little outside noise to disturb you. Because it's in the part of town where traffic is... A place special for relax, and a good start point to fill your day of beaches, and river falls or just to go around the historic center. In a rainy day, you can stay in home doing whatever you like to do in your house. Our fully equipped kitchen allows our guests to cook anything, and if you want, you can put some meat or fish on the BBQ. The supermarket is just in front of the hostel.... We have individual, same sex and rooms for groups and families available and are equipped kitchen with a stove, grill (barbecue), refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs for those who appreciate cooking,
