  Our guesthouse is located at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain (year-round ski area), close to Kaprun’s village center.
Our room offers ranges from twin ensuite rooms, through family and quad ensuite rooms up to 6 bedded rooms with private shower (restrooms in the hallway).
OUR PRICES INCLUDE: sheets, showers, free maps by check in and a magnificent breakfast buffet with ham, cheese, jams, toasts, rolls, eggs, cereals, yogurts and hot drinks.
