Sydney - Bondi Beach Hostels

Bondi Beach itself doesn't need presentation, as it's one of the most known beaches of the world -- a beach of one-and-a-half kilometers with golden sand and clean waters, full of history and traditions. Bondi Beach is a cosmopolitan and a special place, the perfect escape from the crazy and busy life in Sydney (only thirty minutes' drive away), and it's well known for the beauty of the main beach and surrounds; the good surf conditions; the relaxed lifestyle; and the fancy and trendy shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Depending on what you prefer, Bondi Beach has a lot to offer, like swimming, surfing (highly recommended), walking tracks, shopping, or simply just relaxing down on the beach on a sunny day.

During your stay you have to save a few days to know the surrounding coastal area, as there is an amazing coastal walk that starts in Bondi Beach and ends in Coogee Beach (another popular and beautiful place, but not as touristic and crowded as Bondi -- the perfect place to relax). During this walk, you must make a few stops to enjoy the amazing landscapes and the fantastic beaches like Tamarama Bay and Bronte Beach. This is a long walk, but definitely you don't want to miss it -- if at the end you get tired, you can always return to Bondi Beach by public transport (there are very regular departures).

There are a lot of hostels in Bondi Beach, but as it's such a touristic place, it's better for you to book in advance to obtain better rates and guarantee availability. Most of the time, Bondi Beach hostels are clean and with a good quality-to-price ratio, so expect a good time in a fabulous place, and best of all, you can do it on a budget!
