"Potentially good but uncooperative staff - I stayed at Tucuman Hostel for one night. When I booked in I paid for two thinking I would be there for longer. When I went to check out well before checkout time I found that the staff would not refund me a nights stay. They explained that it was because someone else may have been denied a booking since I had booked the room.
