Arambol is the best place in the world -- the people, the music, the fun. Especially if you are there for Carnival you will have a good time. I recommend the hike to Querim Beach -- it's the greatest view. Go to Loekie Cafe, that's where the action is.
Mandrem Beach Resort in Mandrem … A little-known fact is that this resort is the sister to Hotel Prazeres, and is in a totally different world. Take a walk along the beach to see what we mean. If you walk far enough you will literally reach the end of the world (a beach bar). Cool!
Mandrem Beach Resort in Mandrem … I think the hotel was wonderful, and the people were lovely. The beach was so nice — it was clean, empty, and hot!!! The rooms were huge!!!
Mandrem Beach Resort in Mandrem … We had the opportunity to stay at this sister hotel of the Prazeres in October 2004. Once again this was a holiday to remember. As with the Prazeres, this hotel is run to the highest standards, where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The views from the balconies are stunning, and the sunsets are absolutely tremendous. Staying at this place is definitely one thing to put on your to-do list, especially if you like long lazy days and relaxing evenings away from all the hustle and bustle of the main northern resort areas. EXCELLENT.
Castello's Tourist Nest in Benaulim … I have stayed in the beach huts and the guesthouse. It is fantastic.
Mandrem Beach Resort in Mandrem … Absolutely amazing. The staff are fabulous and fun with the children, Sushi is the best cook, and Raja, Ravi and Angelo are beautiful people. The beach was clean and deserted. I even cried when I left. I can't wait till February when we will most certainly go back. It's the best!!!
Riva Beach Resorts in Mandrem … This is the most romantic place on earth! Beach are beautiful, staff are so incredibly friendly, service is splendid and the huts are wonderful! They made our ceremony in our "special day" a unforgettable memory! The deepest thanks from our heart! We hope to come back!
Prazeres Resorts in Candolim … You really must try this place for yourself. There is no problem with anything as far as the staff are concerned, and talk about friendly people. Both of us guys had a life-changing holiday and we need to return ASAP.
Toor Resort in Mandrem … It was a great place to stay. It's the only place that was decent, had a nice bathroom, Air conditioner, TV, Swimming pool, free Internet Access. Loved it.
Dunes Holiday Village in Pernem … I was not born in Asvem, Mandrem, but I visited the place every year of my life from 1963 to 1989. It was (and still, is I'm sure) one of the loveliest places. My grandfather Anthony Fernandes built the house in Khalpache Bhatt, just a short 50 meters from the beach, which was our summer holiday home. I fished, and swam in the little tidal inlet that lay between our home and the blue sea. I remember every coconut tree, the overgrown foliage that rose on the slight dunes which slipped onto the sand towards the inlet, my distant cousins Menino, Fatima, my friends, Louis, Dhakti-mai (who has moved on), the little chapel, and the rocky ledges. I hope to visit the place and relive some fantastic memories.
Toor Resort in Mandrem … I stayed at this Resort in November 2007. I really enjoyed this place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, no insects or mosquitoes in the rooms. The views from the swimming pool and restaurant was amazing -- the open fields and green hills and a church. The beach is just up the road about two minutes' walk. Mandrem has to be the most beautiful beach in Goa. Loved It.
Riva Beach Resorts in Mandrem … The Beach Resorts are in a fantastic location, with a good atmosphere and fantastic staff. I'm definitely going back — I recommend it to everyone!
