HI - Roskilde Hostel - Danhostel Roskilde in Roskilde … The location is wonderful. the hostel is very, very nice. rooms are really great, as well as breakfast. friendly staff. Good price, if compared to other hostels in Denmark. I'd recommend this place, especially if you wish to visit more places around the Sjælland, apart from Copenhagen; Roskilde itself is a very nice little city.
HI - Roskilde Hostel - Danhostel Roskilde in Roskilde … I stayed in this hostel in the summer of 2004 and it cost the earth. It was more expensive than some hotels I've stayed in. However, if you want to visit Copenhagen then this is better value than a city center hostel. Be warned that Roskilde station is quite a distance (30 minutes walk) from the hostel. But you get a pleasant quayside location, and the rooms are superb and en suite. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are very friendly.
