Yakush Hostel in Ushuaia … I am just leaving tomorrow after 5 nights at this wonderfully clean, warm and friendly hostel. It's my favorite hostel so far after 3 weeks in Argentina and I'm planning on recommending it to everyone who is headed to Ushuaia. The rooms are huge, and there is loads of space to make a mess if you are like me and like to unpack your bag within minutes of arrival. There are great hot showers and a lovely kitchen and lounge area. Definitely come here.

Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … I stayed in this hostel for about a week and it was amazing, the place was very clean, and it had a homey flavor to it. One of the best features for me is that it was literally across the road from a "boliche" (night club) where I stayed until the sun came up and you only had to cross the road to go back "home," no taxis or night buses needed! I've traveled in different countries but had to go to the end of the world to find the friendliest receptionist in this hostel -- Sebastian (he works at night) and he is incredibly friendly and nice. The girls who work at night are also very helpful. Thank you to all of you for making my stay a memorable one!
Cruz del Sur Independent Hostel in Ushuaia … Excellent staff, relaxed, warm and cozy, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and free internet (also Wi-Fi), but the most important thing is that I felt like at home and didn't want to leave!
Yakush Hostel in Ushuaia … This hostel is superb! It's clean like no other hostel I've been to, has a great location, the staff are so cool, and it has a nice exchange library. I totally recommend this place!
Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … It was so good I ended up staying two weeks after my return from Antarctica. Jon and Stuart are great hosts who have made probably the best hostel in Argentina — fantastic, fantastic!

El Refugio del Mochilero in Ushuaia … This hostel is by far one of the best in Ushuaia. It is not a 5-star hotel. The staff are very friendly; if you need anything for your stay in this place, soap, towels, etc., just ask for it.
Cruz del Sur Independent Hostel in Ushuaia … I had a very good time in this lovely hostel. The owner and his co-workers were great; it's cosy and clean; there are a lot of nice travellers to hang out with; and, very importantly, the heating was good!
Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … Excellent. Underfloor heating, keeps you toasty when its freezing outside. Staff are really friendly, and not in your face. Very chilled and laid back atmosphere.
Recomend it to everyone.
Free Style Backpackers Hostel in Ushuaia … We stayed here in December 2006 and I wanted to leave a message as it is one of the best hostels we have stayed in on our ten-month trip around the world. Spotlessly clean with unlimited coffee and underfloor heating. The upstairs room is stunning with a beautiful view of Ushuaia. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly, highly recommended.
