Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … It was so good I ended up staying two weeks after my return from Antarctica. Jon and Stuart are great hosts who have made probably the best hostel in Argentina — fantastic, fantastic!
ABRA Ushuaia Hostel in Ushuaia … Hi there! This hostel is really good, the best in our trip. It's very clean, spotless. It has the friendliest staff in Ushuaia. We moved to Abra because it is very well located. Everything is close. Great place. It's not too big, just five rooms, but it's cozy and homely. Maru and Sirgiu, keep going!!!
Cruz del Sur Independent Hostel in Ushuaia … This place is very familiar, clean, with helpful people, in the very centre of the city. The staff organize all kind of excursions. I totally recommend it.
Free Style Backpackers Hostel in Ushuaia … We stayed here in December 2006 and I wanted to leave a message as it is one of the best hostels we have stayed in on our ten-month trip around the world. Spotlessly clean with unlimited coffee and underfloor heating. The upstairs room is stunning with a beautiful view of Ushuaia. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly, highly recommended.
La Posta Albergue in Ushuaia … What can I say about this place. Myself and five other friends from Colorado stayed in one of the very nice and new apartments for two weeks (sept '06) to do some skiing at the end of the earth. Lucas and his family are the most friendly, helpful, polite, and coolest people we met down there. It's all you could ask for in a hostel. They can set you up with any recreational assistance you need! They also guide the best horseback rides in the summer months, I'm told! Closest to the airport with a great walking trail along the ocean -- amazing views! Quick and easy 5 pesos cab ride to downtown. It's quiet, clean, and cool! This place is the best! I miss the atmosphere of La Posta! Long live La Posta!
Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … The only thing I can say is I love the place! The staff is great, very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are nice and warm and they have an awesome livingroom. Unfortunately I had to move on, but believe me, no way that you want to leave this place anymore. Also because Ushuaia and surroundings are amazing of course!

El Refugio del Mochilero in Ushuaia … This hostel is by far one of the best in Ushuaia. It is not a 5-star hotel. The staff are very friendly; if you need anything for your stay in this place, soap, towels, etc., just ask for it.
Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … I stayed in this hostel for about a week and it was amazing, the place was very clean, and it had a homey flavor to it. One of the best features for me is that it was literally across the road from a "boliche" (night club) where I stayed until the sun came up and you only had to cross the road to go back "home," no taxis or night buses needed! I've traveled in different countries but had to go to the end of the world to find the friendliest receptionist in this hostel -- Sebastian (he works at night) and he is incredibly friendly and nice. The girls who work at night are also very helpful. Thank you to all of you for making my stay a memorable one!

Antarctica Hostel in Ushuaia … Wonderful atmosphere. Bar in the lobby with big comfy couches. The area is always full of tourists sharing their adventures over a Quilmes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Breakfast included -- really good bread, jam, coffee, and eggs you must prepare yourself. Large kitchen with everything you need. Every night we were there, a large group of travelers would join forces and cook big meals together either in the kitchen or on the grill outside. This place is everything a hostel should be.
Cruz del Sur Independent Hostel in Ushuaia … I had a very good time in this lovely hostel. The owner and his co-workers were great; it's cosy and clean; there are a lot of nice travellers to hang out with; and, very importantly, the heating was good!
