I stayed here for six nights over New Year 2004/05. Great location, it's just a few hundred meters from the resort's main telecabin and close enough to return to the hostel for lunch. Good standard of catering, especially lunches, though breakfasts were boringly predictable bread and apple. Packed lunches were a very poor substitute for their cooked lunches. Very friendly and welcoming staff who laid on an excellent New Year's Eve dinner and party and a sledging evening. Useful in-house ski-hire shop. The small bar becomes uncomfortably smoky but another sitting room with TV is available. The 4-bed rooms rather small, though there's plenty of space in the 6-bed rooms.
