Hostel is situated on the corner of Universitetskaya and Ostrovskogo street. • Opposite on bus stop you will see a Japanese food restaurant. On the left side or right side of this restaurant between houses will be a entrance. OUR ENTRANCE FROM BACKYARD. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.You will need to turn to yellow house, the 1st entrance with grey door. Near the door is intercom. You need put B 179. We are on 4 floor. |

Awful! I have just spent two night in the "Bulgaru Hostel" in Kazan, Russia, the only hostel listed in all hostels website. I booked directly. it's not even a hostel. It's just a woman giving two rooms for rental. It's not located in the center at all, thirty or forty minutes by bus to the city center, and above all it's dirty! the bathroom and toilets are very dirty and the rooms it's dusty, like they have not cleaned for ages! I'm sure that it's not even legal, because as I said, it's a flat, not a registered hostel. It's just robbery to take 18 eur for that. — Juliette , France (2008-05-14)
