All the hosteria's installations are new and recently built. The "trapiche" has been restored using volcanic rock like the place where the sugarcane is processed. This is the reason for the hosteria's name and its main attractive feature.

I loved the hotel itself and the staff, it is a beautiful place very clean with amazing views from the rooms it is just 15 min walk to get to downtown , very pleasent walk by the way ...
The owners are the ones working there making sure everything is Ok and that everybody have everything they need for an unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed the beautiful location and the friendly staff. The banos de cajon were especially relaxing and a fun experience. We would definitely stay here again!
