Hostal Family Home is a very clean, hospitable hostel
in La Serena with a large communal kitchen.

Between Dec. 15 - February 28 it is difficult to get a bed
without a reservation.

A very pleasant and clean hostel run by very nice and friendly girl(s) Some time ago, I spent in the hostal Family Home a couple of months and I can really recommend it. It has a very cosy common living room, the toilets and bathrooms are completely renovated and always clean. The hostel has a privileged situation, close to everything (especially the bus station which is convenient for those who want to travel around).
