Nice open courtyard, with rooms on the perimeter. Open space allows interaction among travelers. Included breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful with travel advice, and helped me book a hostel in another city. Directions given online very easy to follow in Latacunga.

Very helpful staff, in a central location and with a nice breakfast. The owners also have a hostel in Insilivi on the Quilotoa Loop which is amazing! We didn't want to leave.

The food here is really excellent and cheap. The room was clean and really big. The shared bathrooms are ok - only two working showers and toilets but they are quite clean.

The beds are really comfortable but narrow, and the food is good.... once it arrives.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good food! Good atmosphere. We stayed in a twin room number 5 which unfortunatley was right above the t.v room so was quite noisy. Also the doors don´t lock from the inside. Otherwise was a good place.

Nice place - handy with cafe on site for food which was good. Bit noisey in mornings with people in cafe area below.

The staff were fantastic. A great source of information about Quilota loop and very friendly. I arrived in a bit of a state after being robbed on a bus to Latacunga. The staff were really supportive and came with me to get the police report I needed. I would highly recommend the hostal

Very nice place to stay! Beautiful and silent patio area and clean rooms with good beds. Very friendly and helpful multilingual staff. Good breakfast with very good coffee (if not the best outside of Europe) is included and delicious meals are possible. Near to Cotopaxi NP, but could have been better. Not really a party place if you're looking for that.

Great atmosphere, relaxing, peaceful, and safe. Moved to this hostal after being unhappy about another we were staying in, and instantly realised we'd found the best hostal in Latacunga. Very friendly staff; great food; and relaxing, charming atmosphere. Clean rooms, good beds. Highly recommend this place, it's one of the few hostels in South America I fondly remember. — funkz , Australia (2010-06-25)
