I was there for seven nights in late January 2008. Every thing is brand new. There was even a flat screen TV in our room. They have two computers with the internet and a large screen TV. Every morning there was breakfast -- coffee, milk, cereal. Several days they had scrambled eggs, one day pancakes, another french toast. Also you could have toast and peanut butter and jelly. There is central air conditioning. One night it was so cold, I asked them not to turn it up so high. Also, they had a free supper one night -- spaghetti and pizza. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Also, you could drink alcohol in the main eating and TV area. If you want to do laundry, they have new washers and dryers. Each room had a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave.
