Secondhand smoke, slow internet if you don't mind slow internet and second hand smoke then it shouldn't be a problem. many nights i could smell smoke in my room with the door closed. seems like smokers can just about smoke anywhere they like -- in the bathroom, front desk and in all of the rooms, the common area with a bar is non smoking. I would suggest them to divide parts of the hostel into smoking and non-smoking rooms. And to move the smoking area from the front desk to a smoking room or to the top of the stairs. if your planning on doing any work online be prepared for slow internet and poor connectivity. — Anonymous , usa (2011-02-11)
