A spot of heaven I have only good news on this place, my experience there has been wonderful. In a country where people are usually rude and find honest people is not so easy (most of all if we talk about hostel owners or taxi drivers) I found a spot of heaven: The two owners (a Scottish man and his lovely partner from Wales) have the typical approach and mood of perfect "english" way. I felt like home. There were 4 rooms of 5 or 6 or 8 beds, but they didn't have any problem to rent one room only to us (3 people) while there was a girl in another room. The place is really new just restructured, with two bathrooms completely new and both with a perfect shower. The price was 20 lev for night with breakfast and towels and sheets. The place is really amazing -- is an old Bulgarian house restructured but still made with a wood floor and original window and original ceiling. The breakfast was great (the only B&B in Bulgaria were i found milk for breakfast) with a lot of good stuff. The place is enough central but not so much to be in the traffic of the street, with a big kitchen. But most of all I will suggest this place to everybody because of the owners. Anytime is wonderful talk with them, listen to their history and share our experience; they are always -- ALWAYS -- available to help you in your needs or give you suggestion about the places to visit and the restaurant where eat good for cheap, and the kitchen or the main room are always available for guests, also to cook. Please go to meet them but please be polite ... because that place has to maintain the peace and the comfort that I found! — zapintrip , Italy (2008-06-09)
