The recently built Village is situated around a landscaped central meadow and pond and is enhanced by a beautiful 18th century farmhouse. The halls are furnished to a high standard and every bedroom at the residence benefits from a fully tiled en suite shower room and toilet and is arranged into six-person, self-contained flats with shared, fully fitted kitchen and dining facilities. All rooms include: bed with under bed storage; en suite shower and toilet; quality carpets and curtains; study workstation; wardrobe & mirror; heat detector connected to central fire alarm system.

The Summer Village network residences normally house students and are therefore only available during the summer months. (June - Sept) However, the halls are privately run and of a much higher standard than your average student accommodation, plus they are priced well below the average market rate.
