Good pretty basic hostel with a decent location I stayed here in september 2007. The hostel wasn't really opened at that time (there was still some construction going on in one dorm) so not that many guests were staying there. You can walk to the hostel from the train station, I would however recommend to talk a taxi to the hostel for about 2 euro (or less). The hostel is pretty close to the nice centre of Oradea. The hostel is clean and there is a basic kitchen. Also free internet! There is wine cellar with a table soccer-table downstairs, which is pretty cool. The young owner is very friendly and probably will take you to a nice bar not that far away from the hostel. Oradea is a nice place. Ideal to arrive late, have some beers, go to bed, explore the city the next day, party that evening, sleep again, and take an early train the next morning. — Wouter Gubbels , The Netherlands (2008-01-09)
