Centrally located, very narrow rooms and sanitary facilities

The accommodation was quite cheap, but in this case definitely not worth it. The walls really were paper thin and there was barely any space in the room that wasn't taken up with the bed which was terrible. With the noise and smelly bathroom, staying in this place for long is likely to ruin your Singapore experience.

Don't do it. Not backpacker friendly - I arrived travelling alone at 8pm - felt like I was shoved into room and forgotten about asap - no information given about facilities or where anything was in hostel or local area. Karaoke bar did not seem backpacker friendly and I think, from hearing through the paper thin walls that it was more of a local place to stay. Toilet in shower, gross. To top it off, final day I was leaving really early so I asked duty manager nicely if he could book me a taxi to airport early next morning as my mobile didn't work there (regular question from my experience) and he looked at me like I was mad and asking the world. Next morning a Limousine there to take me!!! I am sure he was getting a cut from the price I had to pay which was far more than taxi had cost to the hostel - this is advertised as a BACKPACKERS! Only plus point is location which is good.

There were really good facilities - the room came with free internet any time of day or night, free clothes washing facilities and a basic kitchen which was unexpected. The dorm and the rooms were aircon all day and night which makes a change from some of the hostels.

the hostel itself is good, clean and cool. but roommates are not that considerable. they talked on the phone loudly at mid night. it seems they are not traveller but working there.......

Read other reviews and knew there was a Karaoke bar downstairs but stayed on the top floor so could hardly hear it. Rooms/Dorms are pretty close together but all very clean & in a great location.

Private room was spacious, free internet usage 24 hours a day. Location was very close to local restaurants and shops.

I did NOT like the lice in the bed. I did NOT like that the 'showers' were located in the toilet. I did NOT like that it was above a noisy Karaoke Bar.
