A two level house with 3 bedrooms two baths on the top level. The lower level has two huge leaving rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a patio in the back and a big patio on the front. This is a corner lot, half block to Dale Mabry Hwy. Seven Eleven food store half block from the house. Hospitals, Restaurants, Clubs are less than 10 minutes away. Airport is 15 minutes away. Recreational Parks like Bush Garden and Adventure Island are 20 minutes away. Disney World is 45 minutes. Stadium is 10 minutes. Lorry Park Zoo is 10 minutes. Al Lopez Park is 5 minutes. Clearwater Beach and Saint Petersburg beach are 30 minutes.
