5  Friendly and welcoming. Stayed at the Hilal in September. Not our first visit, and certainly won't be our last. The number of people who return year after year speaks for itself. The location is great, a two-minute walk to town. The breakfast's far superior to any other I have experienced in Turkey. We stayed one year at an expensive hotel, where there was more variety, but at the end of the day, we could have been in any hotel in the world. We wanted the Turkish experience, and found it at Hilal. The roof terrace is great for relaxing and enjoying the views over Kas. Barbeques not to be missed. The rooms are basic but clean, all you need for sleeping in. Nice little balcony to sit on and listen to the three mosques which echo around the town. You can book excursions and be picked up and dropped off at the end of the day. Kekova is worth a visit, a great trip and nice lunch. The only downside is that finding the Hilal has curbed our exploring somewhat. Every time we go there, we end up wanting to stay longer.  , welsh ()
1  Very poor and not corresponding to what they offer price -- 40 YTL for two simple beds room, which corresponds to 23 Euros. Poor breakfast, according to what they claim. Didn't see any mosquito net in any room and bedroom were smelling like urine near bathroom. They asked for 2 YTL just for warming up the milk, on breakfast! Moreover, we were looking for a pension that let us keep the luggage and take a shower at the end of the following day. He said it was no problem and we could keep the luggage there after checkout and take a shower at the end of the day in the terrace. After paying the room at checkout, the owner simply said that we could keep the luggage their but we couldn't take any shower! There are many pensions in Kas, my suggestion is to avoid this one, they just don't have basic respect to tourists (didn't have with us).  , Portugal ()
