The owner, Carlos provided a ton of useful information on the area. He also was able to make reservations to the glacier as well as organize other excursions. This was a clean well run hostel. Carlos who runs it is the most efficient person I've come across in a long time. He can arrange almost anything with no fuss and he inspires complete confidence. The small kitchen and dining area is conducive to meeting others and a nice place to eat. Linen services and advice are also excellent. Thr location is great - about 3 minutes from the bus station.
