3 Location was ok   — Customer review (2010-08-18) Hostelbookers
5 Simple but nice place to stay with a very friendly staff. We were given a better room than we paid for (with ensuite bathroom instead of a shared one).   — Customer review (2010-08-14) Hostelbookers
3 Very very friendly staff (consisting of one guy). He even gave us a better room free of charge when one became available. Not far from city centre. Very fast free internet. Simple place but nice.   — Isabella Samuelson (2010-08-04) Hostelbookers
4 This is a no frills cheap hostel. Bunk beds are large and comfortable. Rooms are clean. The kitchen is relatively small but has all the amenities you need. This is not a place to meet people or party, but hey, if you want that, go to Prague. If you want a cheap, clean, self cater kitchen hostel (with free wifi) to explore Plzn for a few days this is decent value for money. About a 5-8 minute walk to the centre of town.   — Stevenson Nicholas (2010-07-23) Hostelbookers
3 nice hostel, not far away from the city center. very friendly staff!   — Customer review (2010-05-01) Hostelbookers
3 No disturbance. Although the club was a bit loud, the hostel was not crowded.   — Customer review (2010-04-25) Hostelbookers
2 To call the staff inattentive would be generous. Nobody was there when I arrived, and for almost a half hour after I called the number written by the door. Good luck finding the place without directions or a phone number.   — Customer review (2009-11-12) Hostelbookers
4 We were there on a Friday and we were the only ones staying at this hostel during this time of year. It was a little hard to find, I would recommend mapping it before you get on the train and bring a compass. We didn't have hot water upstairs, but all the other amenities were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, pointing out some good places to grab food and beer. I highly recommend the Pilsner Urquell brewery tour.   — Customer review (2009-10-04) Hostelbookers
4 Super close to the train station (if you take the right way!). The place feels a little suspect at first look but the room's are nice and the bathrooms are very clean. There's not really any common area so it's not a "fun" hostel by any means. Also, there's no one at the front desk most of the time so be sure to confirm the time that you'll be arriving.   — Jai Ferguson (2009-10-01) Hostelbookers
2 It wasnt a bad place it is just poorly run, if there were a few more people around when i was there maybe it would have been more fun, but there was only 2 in the whole hostel. The reviews listed are from mainly 2008 so maybe back then the hostel was being run better then.   — Customer review (2009-09-06) Hostelbookers
4 We arrived at the hostel earlier then we set up at the booking but there was no problem, the guy manage to give us the key. He was cool later also. So great staff.   — Customer review (2009-08-20) Hostelbookers

4  Quiet, relaxed place to stay in Pilsen This hostel has a good location on a quiet street close to the train station and about ten minutes from the centre. The guy that runs it is super relaxed and most of the time I was there it was empty so it was like having my own private flat in the city. The only gripe would be that the internet didn't work, but there were plenty of places in Pilsen offering Wi-Fi so it wasn't really a problem.  , UK ()
