This place should get five stars. The location is fantastic, it's clean, the rooms are very nice and the price is excellent -- 80 yuan (5.50 GBP) for a private room with double bed and en-suite bathroom. But the one thing that lets this place down is the attitude of the three girls who run it. They show little initiative in customer service. I was unlucky enough to stay in Dali during a period of constant rain and had wet clothing. The girls claimed there was nowhere to dry them and showed little interest in helping. I also received an important phone call whilst in reception. They took this as their cue to conduct a very loud and animated discussion between the three of them and to compare each other's ringtones! They displayed similar behaviour in front of other guests too. This is a great place in a very picturesque town (if you can tolerate these three little witches). — Martin , UK (2007-04-14)
