Location	•Little tips: International Youth Hostel Lijiang is located at the centre of the old town. You have to walk into the old town for cycling or driving is forbidden here. • • From Train Station: Take Bus No.13 to Beimen Si Chang (North Gate Market) ???? then go straight forward (for about 60M). Take the first left turn into a stone slab road. You will find the Old Town Police Station (?????)at about 60M down the road. • From Coach Station: Take taxi to the Old Town Police Station after you get off of the coach. It costs about RMB7-8. (There are 3 coach stations and all of them are 3- 4km away from the old town so no matter which bus station you are at you could also take the taxi.) • From Airport: (A)Take the airport shuttle bus (RMB15/ per head) to Lijiang new town (The terminal is at CAAC ticket office) then take taxi to Old Town Police Station (RMB7); (B)Take taxi at airport to Old Town Police Station ( About 28km, RMB 80-100) • • Once you arrive at the Police Station which means you are already in the old town, please walk down and pass the police station (You should see a tuck shop at the end of the road) then turn right. You will see Fang Guo Yu School (?????)and please keep on walking down. Take another right turn then and walk for 20M then you will see the backdoor of our hostel. You could also call us to pick you up once you arrive nearby at 0888-5116118 5102345. • If you are in the Old Town already, please find the Fair of Forage ???(Fair of Forage is a small square but there is no more fair events any more) of Jishan Alley. From there, you could see 'Susan's Naxi Local' (???)and find an alley on the right when facing directly Susan’s. Please walk into the alley and you will reach us. It is only 80M away.

Good place for the old city and the staff was very helpfull to organize our trekking on the tiger leaping gorge. Our double room was clean for our bed but there was always water on the flour of our bathroom from the sink broken pipes. Great place for the old city although can be alittle difficult to find at first. This part of town is pedestrian only so taxi's won't take you there! Nice traditional architecture, brilliant location, friendly staff and a good communal room and good garden area. Loved everything about it. Quaint little inn with romanticized old school Chinese styling and courtyard. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. You can even have a homecooked dinner with them and the doggies, like you are really a part of a local family. Very authentic and warm experience.
