Hostelz.com Guest Reviews
4  I had a pleasant stay at the Recoleta Hostel in March 2005. A few complaints: At first I was alarmed by the sound of water rushing through the pipes in the women's dorm — I thought the room was going to flood. The toilet in the women's dorm did flood the bathroom floor and the showers were quite small. The kitchen was not the best and the free breakfast was nothing great. On the positive side, it's in a great location with many coffeehouses and restaurants within two or three blocks, and an easy walking distance to many BA attractions. I stayed two separate times and the first dorm room was a bit crowded and small with six women. My second time through I stayed in a more comfortable room with only four beds. The staff were friendly, helpful and they spoke English very well, which was a good thing since I knew very little Spanish. A very nice courtyard for relaxing. I recommend this hostel for travelers visiting Buenos Aires.  ()
5  Excellent location. The people that work there are really good people and love to party. Excellent, the best place to stay  ()
