Mleczarnia Hostel Reviews on Other Websites
5 Hostel Mleczarnia was my group's favorite hostel on our trip through Poland (we stayed in three). The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were helpful, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was lovely having tea always out in the kitchen. The location in the city center and above a great cafe was perfect. We stayed at this hostel two separate times during our trip, and coming back felt like coming home.   — Customer review (2012-01-13) Hostelbookers
4 Friendly helpfull staff mostly. Rooms were nice and airy.Very convenient to the centre.Common area was pleasant to sit in.Would have liked more than a microwave to cook with. Nice place   — Fiona Ewen (2012-01-03) Hostelbookers
5 Amazing hostel, very close to city center, walking distance, clean bathroom, very cosy and clean rooms. Good linen, free towel. everything was very good.   — Customer review (2011-08-28) Hostelbookers
5 Atmosphere and location   — Customer review (2011-08-26) Hostelbookers
5 The private rooms are trerrific, the facilities are good, I've haven't been berfore in such a place like this   — Customer review (2011-08-15) Hostelbookers
5 Thia hostel has so much character. The dorms are huge. The cafe/bar downstairs is one of the nicest in Wroclaw.   — Customer review (2011-07-24) Hostelbookers
5 One of the best hostel I have stayed in. A very special place furnished with antique furniture and a nice common room with kitchen. Very nice cafe downstairs. Good location in the city centre. Very clean   — Customer review (2011-06-28) Hostelbookers
5 The decoration is beautiful, very different from other hostels I have stayed in. It was really cozy and felt unique!   — ana rojas (2011-06-27) Hostelbookers
5 The hostel is located at a convenient part of the town, from which the old town and other market places can be reached on foot---5-10 minutes. The building, where the hostel is housed, is beautiful and old enough to recature the august of antiquity! The internet connection is tolerably good. The staffers are very friendly and helpful.   — Habtom Desta ASFAW (2011-06-27) Hostelbookers
4 Staff, especially the night receptionist was more than helpful   — Customer review (2011-06-01) Hostelbookers
5 Everything* The best hostel i ever been as hostels clients. Congratulations to the manager, and all the employees!!! Because they really deserve to be recognized!!! All of them   — Alexandre Sá Correia (2011-05-30) Hostelbookers
2 The location, while not the best, is O.K. (although it is *very* hard to find due to the fact that you have to go up some stairs into the building before you get to a door/sign). The hostel has a vaguely nineteenth-century design, so it's fairly nice to look at if not to use.   — Ian Turner (2011-05-29) Hostelbookers
5 Lovely decor, comfortable bed, hot showers, good bathroom facilities, not full of partying idiots, no awful lingering smells.   — Customer review (2011-05-01) Hostelbookers
5 the style   — Customer review (2011-04-28) Hostelbookers
5 location!!! 10 min walk to the old town   — Customer review (2011-04-04) Hostelbookers
5 Above one of the best bars in Wroclaw   — diane turner (2011-01-24) Hostelbookers
5 I love this hostel - its so clean and calm. The decor is great, and the cafe/bar downstairs is my favourite place in Wroclaw. Great breakfasts!   — Customer review (2010-12-13) Hostelbookers
5 One of the top 5 places I've stayed in and reason enough to return to Wroclaw. A characterful, period property in old Jewish quarter, beautifully and tastefully furnished. Wondeful, atmospheric bar below it, yet bedroom still remains quiet.   — tony beirne (2010-11-22) Hostelbookers
3 Nice beds, comfy. The hostel was diverse to others in the sense it wasn't as modern but this aspect we found appealing.   — Caelyn Evans (2010-10-25) Hostelbookers
4 I was only one in 8 bed female dorm, lucky. It is quite nicely decorated and has character. Bathroom nice. Breakfast in cafe very nice (extra cost and quite pricey)   — Customer review (2010-09-11) Hostelbookers

5  Wow! this place is a godsend for hardened hostelers! The rooms are exquisite -- antique furniture and fittings, and lovely large rooms (only gripe was that we were a little cold as they hadn't switched the heating on yet). A sumptuous treat of a house, with plants dotted round and a nice little kitchen too -- the manageress chattered away to us, and was really friendly. The cafe downstairs is an experience in itself -- Bohemian and atmospheric -- a classic. Hard to believe that this place calls itself a hostel really -- it's a real treat.  , UK ()
2  The house is really better than the staff, sometimes arrogant. Good location and very nice old fashion house with quality furniture .... BUT: The staff is not so friendly and helpful, sometimes the client can have the impression he is disturbing them. To feel really comfortable in a place the professional (and human) qualities of the staff are very important because one house is first made by and for people. And what to think about the Mleczarnia cafe just down the hostel that takes you 3 Zlotys (1 Euro) for a glass of tap water? It's my first time in Poland.  , FRANCE ()
