Punta Brava Lodge is terrible I spent ten days in Santa Catalina. We bought an all inclusive tour that included food, but the food was terrible and the chef said that the owner, Jose Crespo, was to blame because he let all the food go bad in the hot car, so they had very little food. We asked Jose Crespo for a refund for the food, but he laughed in our face, so we were forced to spend more money eating at Biancas restaurant, which was very good. The rooms at Punta Brava Lodge were very dirty, musty sheets, roaches and spiders everywhere, the hot water did not work, the air conditioner was broken, the internet did not work, and the power went out on a regular basis. I will go back to Santa Catalina next year for the surfing, diving, and fishing, but I will stay somewhere else.
