Wayalailai Resort is owned and operated by the local villagers of Waya Sewa (or Waya Lailai). All profits are shared amongst the villagers for education, church and village improvements. So come and visit, and experience our style of village life. Location
Situated at the southern tip of the Yasawa Islands. Transfer to the island is currently via the Awesome Adventures ferry. Booking can be done directly with Awesome Adventures.
Accommodation
Spacious BEACH-SIDE BURES, in traditional Fijian thatched style, offering privacy, spectacular ocean and island views, double bed & all linen, mosquito net, private shower, flush toilet & hand basin. Traditional thatched OPEN DORMITORY BURES. Single and double PARTITIONED DORM ROOMS. Dormitories and partitioned rooms all have mosquito nets, linen & share facilities (showers and flush toilets). CAMPING: Space is available to pitch your own tent.
Dining & Entertainment
Local Fijian and European-style food... fresh where possible. Lovo cooking (underground earth oven) every Wednesday evening. Well stocked bar - cold beer, spirits, wine and soft drinks. Live Fijian resort entertainment every lunch-time and evenings. Fresh spring water to drink & shower (but please be conservative).

Activities
In addition to diving and fishing, there is a wide variety of activities on offer! Guided trekking - safe and spectacular mountain-top views of the Yasawa Islands, villages and surrounding coral reefs. See our giant Wobbling Rock, Gorilla Head Rock, ancient village site, village plantations and our very own Three Sisters. Beach snorkeling and boat snorkeling trips to the reef. Village trips with traditional meke dances, shell markets, school and church visit ... meet the locals. Join us in a traditional kava ceremony, Fiji's national drink. Beach parties, barbecues and bonfires ... Beach volleyball and friendly touch rugby ... good luck! Sunset sailing. Picnic-beach boat trips. Local customs, crafts and legends.
Diving
Full on-site Scuba diving facilities and certified PADI Rates subject to changes. Diving rates include equipment. Some discount if bringing own gear. Fishing - sunset reef fishing (hand-line) & sunrise trawling (mackerel, tuna, barracuda) - all gear provided.
