We stayed in a private room, so hard to know whether it's representative. But, the internet didn't work in our room, there was no AC and the sun came directly in making the room unbearably hot. The shower is like a airport bathroom sink, you need to push the button every ten seconds or the water stops coming out. It's very safe, but to the point of absurdity. You need to bring a key card with you and swipe it at every door in the building.
