This is a fab hostel. It's run by friendly staff who are always willing to help you. I highly recommend this hostel with its warm, homey atmosphere. A great place to meet fellow travellers and swap stories in the comfy lounge. I came for a few nights and stayed for a month!

clean bed linen and good smell, quite near to the Castle and the loch ness. free computer for the internet -- great for those travelling without a laptop. nice breakfast! free milk, tea, and yummy clone.

This place is fabulous. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Really nice, clean rooms, excellent location and a great kitchen.

Stayed here in June 2004. It's in a good location next to the River Ness, and very close to Inverness Castle. The service was good, and the room rates were very reasonable. The hostel was quiet at night, so even though the bed wasn't the best quality, I still slept okay. The hostel was clean and in good condition. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great hostel, friendly staff, clean and well-located. If you do the MacBackpackers tour (I highly recommend it!!!) you'll stay here. They do have a small kitchen so you can cook if you want or try Blackfriars pub for really good pub grub.
