We planned to stay for one night and stayed for three. Everything about the hostel is great...the hosts, the showers, the kitchen facilities, the dry room, etc. It is lovely and peaceful — not the place to go if you are after a party. — Danielle (2005-05-19)

This is maybe the best and coziest place we've come across in our trip to Scotland. In Newtonmore we found the kind and helpful guidance of Peter and Kathy. The common room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the wonderful kitchen, the shelves packed with books and leaflets, and the melodies from the hi-fi. The heated rooms, clean showers and the small but comfortable bunk beds were quite okay. We dearly recommend this place to all of you who want to make the most of nature, and find a great rest after a long day in the wild. — Fernando (2004-09-05)
